Through life skills education we give individuals the tools to handle challenges, make smart choices, and build confidence in themselves. By learning these skills, teens discover who they are, strengthen their values, and gain the confidence to make positive decisions, lead by example, and create a brighter future for themselves and their communities.

Our Communication and Emotional Intelligence workshops help teens and families build stronger connections, understand their emotions, and express themselves confidently. Our workshops help teens and families understand emotions, communicate clearly, and resolve conflicts building confidence, stronger relationships, and the skills to lead with empathy.

Engaging with the community helps us grow as leaders by putting skills into action and making a real impact. Community engagement strengthens connections, encourages responsibility, and empowers Rooting on Me's team, teens, and families to lead with purpose, create positive change, and inspire others in their homes and neighborhoods.
