Each week, we draw an affirmation card from a deck and share it with the group to use throughout the week.
This event will feature inspiring messages and opportunities for personal reflection.
Positive self-talk can have numerous benefits, including boosting self-confidence, reducing stress and anxiety, increasing resilience, improving focus and concentration, and enhancing overall well-being.
Come and be uplifted by positive messages as we spread love and affirmations throughout our community.
