Provide Warmth to Children and Families with Rooting on Me Inc

Our belief in the African proverb "It takes a village to raise a child" is the driving force behind Rooting on Me Inc. We recognize the importance of providing safe and healthy environments to teach children the necessary tools for growth and exploration. While we understand that it's possible for a single parent or loved one to raise a child, we also know that it can be incredibly challenging to balance household responsibilities with personal struggles. With winter approaching and household budgets strained, we're hosting a holiday coat drive to help families in need. 

Our goal is to collect 100 clean, gently worn, or new coats by partnering with One Warm Coat organization. 

Get A Ticket as an INDIVIDUAL  or TEAM  DONOR to help us reach our coat goal.

The ticket is solely for us to know you will be dropping off donations for Rooting on Me, Inc One Warm Coat Winter Coat Drive from now to December 9th. The is an option for pick up if not possible to dropped off.

Donating coats as individual or team has more perks than you might think! Donating a coat can do wonders for the soul, from giving you that fuzzy feeling of doing good, to easing your stress levels. It can even fuel gratitude, empathy, and self-reflection.  

Not only does it help you free up some space at home and open up the chance to gift other goodies you no longer need, it also helps our planet by cutting back on waste and pollution while conserving resources. Bonus: It's a chance to connect with your community and maybe even score some new pals! And, as if that's not enough, research suggests it could even lower stress and anxiety. 

So put on your giving hat, and let's share some warmth! Let's work together to bring warmth to families this holiday season. You can get involved by donating coats. You can drop off your donations for Rooting on Me, Inc to December 9th, in the drop box located at 11419 S. Forest Ave, between 8am and 8pm.
